The ideal candidate will be ahighly organised and methodical person, based full time in our Kilkenny office to look after the purchasing for projects & following up with the internal Asgard team and with each supplier to make sure the materials get to site on time and in good condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with internal Asgard team and Suppliers.
  • Streamline purchasing process
  • Ensure orders are completed and deliveries arrive in a timely manner and in good working order
  • Attend weekly Project Meetings
  • Liaising with Transport companies
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Working with the Construction team to understand the priorities for the build
  • Problem solving
  • Administration of Purchase Orders including supporting the Finance Department with accounts queries
  • Updating Material Delivery reports
  • Adhoc duties as necessary per Procurement Department requirements.

EHS Coordinator Ireland

Introduction:
Asgard Cleanroom Solutions is looking to recruit a full-time Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator. This role focuses on providing effective co-ordination support to the EHS department.

The below are some key attributes we are looking for in the required candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Diploma Level EHS or H&S course completed
  • Willing to travel for day visits to Construction Projects if required
  • Full time site-based role if required on specific larger projects
  • previous experience in a similar role
  • Full clean Irish drivers licence
  • Efficient in the use of MS Office packages
  • Competent to deliver Toolbox talks and EHS related content to project teams on site
  • Competent in the development of RAMS for all activities on site
  • Can develop weekly safety reports and Audits for projects
  • Preferably competent in the use of client Software packages – EIDA, Procore, Aconex etc

This role will be full time Monday – Friday and the sites would vary in location. This role offers a highly competitive salary, expenses, and 25 days annual leave. A commercial vehicle and fuel card will also be provided for this role.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years experience in a related role (Construction experience in a Pharma related background desirable, but not essential)
    Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

Asgard Cleanroom Solutions is looking to recruit an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator. This role focuses on providing effective co-ordination support to the EHS department. It requires active participation in the maintenance and development of key EHS programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to the EHS department
  • Will actively participate in the maintenance and development of key EHS programs
  • Will identify training needs, coordinate training courses and prepare and deliver training material where appropriate
  • Facilitate functional team meetings
  • Production of monthly management cascade communication, site bulletins and functional performance board metrics
  • Handle enquires from all internal stakeholders on EHS issues
  • Facilitate department & stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare & publish updates on the requirements of Irish/EU legislation and corporate standards
  • Manage the incident/near miss reporting program, track & publish metrics, issue regular communications and promote participation
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Manage financial administration for the EHS department (purchase orders, invoicing etc)
  • Attend sites to ensure safety management system is being implemented. Carry out audits on same
  • Carry out toolbox talks at regular intervals with site-based personnel

Requirements:

  • Level 8 or higher in an EHS related qualification

Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create detailed and innovative cleanroom designs, Strong construction detail ability and understanding.

Collaboration: work closely with the project managers, Construction, Commercial and Control and other stakeholders, to provide technical design expertise.

Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to assess design requirements, space utilisation, and cleanroom performance.

Model/Drawing output: Utilising 3D software (Revit/Navisworks currently) and CAD to produce accurate and visually compelling cleanroom designs allowing for detail drawings & models.

Materials and Equipment Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and equipment for cleanroom construction, considering performance, safety, and budget.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design requirements, address queries, and present design proposals.

Project Documentation: Prepare and review design documentation, including technical reports and specifications.

 

Additional skills and experience

  • A Strong Revit user
  • Knowledge of Dynamo Scripting and 3rd Party plugins is preferred
  • Navisworks
  • BIMCollab experience preferred
  • Understanding of ISO19650 would be preferred

The off-site manufactured modules incorporate many different design features and installations including the following:

The successful candidate will assist in the ongoing development of systems and procedures used in tendering and will keep up to date with contractual changes and other developments within the industry. They will work both in a team and on their own initiative and will have excellent IT skills including familiarity with MS office applications including Excel and a QS/Estimating or related package.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in an estimating role in a contracting or a specialist contracting background together with a relevant third level qualification.

  • Measure and price tenders, including seeking quotes from Suppliers & Sub-contractors

  • Monitor costs from vendors and subcontractors, explore variances, manage issues and in conjunction with the Project Manager, deal with cost overruns and recovery
  • Prepare internal/client cost reports as and when required
  • Prepare interim applications for payment and assess sub-contractor/supplier applications
  • Keep your manager fully advised of any issue/risk which has arisen or might arise, which could affect the business/project

The ideal candidate will also:
