Community Support
At Asgatech GBS, our commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace underscores our belief in fostering the growth and well-being of our employees. We are dedicated to advocating for both strong physical health and positive mental well-being both inside and outside our company walls. We recognise that our success is intertwined with the prosperity of our employees, clients and community at large.
Within our sustainability framework, our Social Pillar plays a crucial role in enabling us to engage with and contribute to the communities in which we operate. We actively seek and cultivate positive partnerships and collaborations spanning a spectrum of sustainability initiatives from community biodiversity projects to educational engagement programmes for young learners.
One integral aspect of our Social Pillar of Sustainability is the Community Support Fund. This fund stands as a testament to our commitment to acknowledging and supporting the significant charity work and fundraising events being carried out by our dedicated community volunteers. Alongside our provision of labour and support to many worthy causes, it allows us to provide financial assistance to those working to address a specific environmental or social need within the community.
In conjunction with our overall Sustainability Plan, all actions approved by our Community Support Fund are guided by the principles of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. We remain committed to creating a positive impact on both our employees and the local community in a way that promotes and protects all aspects of the environment and its’ people.
