Job Title: Project Supervisor
Salary: Tba Based on Experience
Place Of Work: Site Based, Nationwide
Terms: Permanent/Full-Time
Reporting To: Contracts Manager
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Attend daily whiteboard meetings
- Coordinate the daily allocation of labour to achieve schedule milestones
- Manage the safe execution of all site operations
- Procurement and management of material deliveries to achieve schedule milestones
- Communicate daily with the contracts manager on site operations and workfront forecasts
- Manage the quality control of all works being completed
- Liaise with Asgard design department to ensure that all detailing is completed ahead of the works installation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Construction site experience
- Graduate construction or engineering degree applications welcomed
- Have a positive and proactive approach towards problem solving
- Ability to plan ahead of work completions to trouble shoot potential work disruptions
- Ability to motivate employees and sub-contractors to complete all works to the highest standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client/contractor relations
