Design and Estimating
The Asgard in house design team have a wealth of experience in providing and developing the design of a Cleanroom suite from concept through to completion. During early engagement with a client, we also provide front end design studies, concept designs with budget costs and schemes and then develop these further with the clients’ team as the project progresses through detailed design including 2D and 3D Revit modelling, this approach enables us to work collaboratively with a client to develop a project in accordance with the specific requirements whilst also managing the overall build cost associated with delivering the works.
Pre-construction services agreement (PCSA)
Asgard’s expert team offer Pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) as an offering to all our clients. A PCSA is used in two-stage tendering to obtain further design input, buildability advice, technical advice & detailed costs information from a prospective contractor.
The advantage of the early involvement of a specialist contractors will improve the buildability and cost certainty of the design as well as creating a better integrated project team and ultimately improvement in the overall operational functionality of the facility from a CAPEX/OPEX point of view.
Design Assist
Asgard’s expert team will liaise with your team to propose a preliminary design, continuing with a meticulous design phase and formation of our construction documentation. Design Capabilities
Our BIM approach couples our Cleanroom construction expertise with the latest advanced BIM modelling design capabilities. All of our BIM capabilities reside in-house and all of our modelling is performed by our own design team, made up of industry veterans in Cleanroom engineering, design and construction. By leveraging the latest in technology with our in-house expertise, we deliver concrete results on projects – faster design, better designs and fewer issues in the field. Our hardware and software portfolio for BIM modelling is based on industry standards and client compatibility. Current platforms include Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD MEP and PDS. - For larger projects, Asgard can place an experienced design coordinator in the main designer’s offices with further support from Asgard office. This has worked successfully on previous projects at BMS, MSD, Regeneron, Pfizer, Amgen, Ipsen, Takeda & Elanco.
