The journey started with the design phase, we collaborated closely with the Beacon Hospital team to develop the User Requirements Specification (URS) and enhance process flows within the limited space available. This partnership allowed us to optimise the facility layout, ensuring smooth and efficient operations even in a restricted environment.
Our team was responsible for delivering the full turnkey package, encompassing the design, build, commissioning, and validation of the cleanroom. The state-of-the-art facility includes a Grade C Compounding Area, featuring three negative pressure isolators and one positive pressure isolator, ensuring top-notch safety and efficiency. A new full fresh air HVAC system has been installed, equipped with HTM and Eurovent compliant supply and extract air handling units, to serve this cutting-edge facility.
