Alterations and new installation of cleanroom ceilings and walls to provide space for pouch fill lines. This was constructed to an ISO 7 classification.
Puritas’ scope on this project was to re-configure walk-on ceilings and cleanroom walls, to facilitate the installation of new filling lines for Wyeth Nutritional’s. The project was executed under difficult conditions, as an ‘island site’ within a live facility. Credit goes to the client’s EPCM contractor for managing the overall project, which we were proud to be a part of. Key to the success of the project was our ability to re-use some 90% of the existing ceilings in their new orientation.
