Due to Puritas’ experience on similar cell therapy projects as the project developed Puritas worked closely with the clients engineering team providing design and specification assist. This allowed for a smoother transition from design to construction.
As the project was constructed within an existing building and storage space very limited it required close cooperation between Puritas and the main contractor to ensure the deliveries were phased without interruption to the other tenants.
In conjunction with the M&E contractor commissioning and hand over was carried out in multiple phases to meet the clients start up dates.
