MSD’s vision is to make a difference to people’s lives by bringing innovative healthcare to those who need it most. This project was to three buildings, one being 3 stories high, total size of 1600m². The project included a high spec cleanrooms envelope, HEPA housings, automated sliding doors, rapid roller doors, interlocking etc.

Ceilings
A combination of walk on ceiling (2.5 Kn 75 mm thick) including bulkheads Integrated electrical raceways & Cleanroom metal grid ceiling comprising of HPL ceiling tiles.
Partitions
550 linear metres of 50mm thick aluminium honeycomb panels ranging in heights from 3m to 5m including glazing etc & the construction of airwalls throughout the project as required.
Furniture
Design, supply and installation of furniture including, stainless steel, Trespa, and free standing office furniture.
Doorsets
Provision of swing doors & automated sliding doors.
Interlocking
Design, supply, installation & commissioning of interlocking systems.
HVAC
Design, supply and installation of terminal HEPA housings, low level air return walls, low level extract ducts, supply grilles and air monitoring.
Electrical
Design, supply and installation of walk-on lights emergency exit signs, sockets switches and automation.
Bumprails
Provision of bollard & wall mounted stainless steel bumprails.
