This project with Lonza was related to Cell Therapy. The cleanrooms were classified from a ISO 4 to ISO 8 standard.
Puritas provided a fully integrated modular cleanroom system. The design was carried out at an early stage to allow maximum flexibility for the client as their process systems and layout evolved.
The partition system and ceiling had a PVC finish which was able to withstand the aggressive cleaning materials to be used by the client. The doors were manufactured from GRP and included a flush frame system which allows for easier cleaning. The epoxy coated floor was coved and finished flush with the partition system.
After completion of the project Puritas received several accolades from Lonza and a video of the Cleanroom featured on their corporate website.
