Architectural Fit-out and Finishes for a new three-storey brown- field biopharmaceutical Research and Development facility, total gross floor area 16,500m2. The cleanrooms were classified to ISO 7-9 standard.
Specialist “stick built” partitions and ceilings were used, with standard modular doors and fire doors along with bespoke window systems. The floors, walls and ceiling finishes were coated in chemical resistant paint. Puritas also designed and supplied bespoke stainless steel gowning accessories and furniture. During the project our scope was increased by the client to include the office fit-out, joinery and fixed furniture.
