As part of our commitment to Sustainability, Asgard, LEDspan and PrimusPod have teamed up to embark on a journey towards a greener future.
Today, our teams came together to plant seeds around the factory grounds as part of Asgard’s Pollinator Plan and to honour the environmental pillar of Sustainability. The aim of this project is to cultivate spaces that support biodiversity and create a thriving ecosystem for our planet’s essential pollinators such as bees and butterflies, as well as actively reducing our carbon footprint.
In a bid to reduce, reuse and recycle, old lighting fixtures from our factory were upcycled and repurposed as planters, demonstrating our commitment to the circular economy.
It was great to have team members from Asgard, LEDspan and PrimusPod today, embodying a sense of community responsibility in line with our social pillar of Sustainability through the fostering of partnerships for common goals (SDG 17).
We’re passionate about reducing our environmental footprint and contributing positively to the planet and this project aligns perfectly with our Sustainability goals and our dedication to the Pillars of Sustainability.
